Early afternoon departure to Pyin U Lwin (also known as Maymyo that means May-town after a British colonel May was stationed here. Sightseeing tour of the ex-British hill station.

Dinner at hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.pyinoolwin2Departure by train to Lashio. The railway passes through a beautiful mountain landscape scattered of orchards. After 55 km, the train crosses the famous Gotkeik viaduct, built by the Pennsylvania Steel Co. in 1900, at that time, it was the 2nd highest railway bridge in the world.

Picnic lunch on board.
Upon arrival in Lashio transfer to the hotel.

Dinner at hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.
City tour visiting to Quan Yin San Chinese temple and the market. Drive back to Mandalay with stop en-route to Thipaw for visiting the Shan palace, to Kyauk Me with many perfumed or orange trees. Arrive in Mandalay in the afternoon.

Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
